Trinity Plains Tourist Park is situated on a property with a rich research and educational history. It was once the home of a FNQ TAFE college campus and more recently the Australian Agricultural College.

Trinity Plains Tourist Park retained two classroom type buildings that are currently being renovated. Both buildings would be ideal for teaching and holding small conventions, conference meetings and retreats.
